Eligibility to use the services

To use MindHubGo services you must have the capacity to enter into a contract and meet any age or jurisdictional requirements specified for particular programs. Certain offerings may be restricted to residents of specific countries.

Participants must be at least 18 years old, unless a program explicitly allows younger participants with parental or guardian consent. Coaching for minors requires parental involvement as described in program materials.

You agree to use the services lawfully and not to engage in activities that violate applicable laws or the rights of others.

Some services may not be available in all jurisdictions. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of MindHubGo services complies with local laws.

Accounts and security

Certain MindHubGo services require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining accurate account details and for activities that occur under your account.

Provide up-to-date and accurate information when creating or updating your account. Misrepresentations may result in suspension or termination of access.

Protect your account credentials. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access where you have not protected your credentials.

Accounts are personal and non-transferable unless expressly permitted by MindHubGo in writing.

MindHubGo may suspend or restrict access to accounts for violation of these Terms, failure to pay fees, or other reasonable operational reasons.

Services provided

MindHubGo provides professional mindset development coaching including one-on-one coaching, group workshops, digital courses and related materials designed to support personal and professional growth. Services are educational and developmental in nature.

We may modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the services with notice. Where changes significantly affect paid subscriptions, we will provide advance notice and options where applicable.

Scheduling and availability of coaches and programs may vary. MindHubGo will make reasonable efforts to maintain service availability but cannot ensure uninterrupted access.

User conduct rules

When using MindHubGo services you agree to adhere to the following conduct rules:

• Use services lawfully and respectfully toward coaches and other participants.
• Do not harass, threaten, or discriminate against others.
• Respect confidentiality and privacy; do not record sessions without explicit consent from all parties.
• Provide truthful information and do not impersonate others.
• Do not upload or share content that infringes third-party rights or contains malicious software.
• Comply with any program-specific rules provided in course materials.
• Refrain from using the service for professional services or advice beyond the scope of coaching unless suitably qualified and authorized.

User content

You may choose to submit content as part of coaching interactions, such as goals, reflections, or materials requested by a coach.

You retain ownership of the personal content you submit. By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights necessary to do so.

By providing content to MindHubGo you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce and process that content as necessary to provide the services.

You are responsible for the content you provide, including ensuring it does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

Request removal of your content by contacting [email protected]. We will evaluate requests and process removals in accordance with applicable law and our data retention practices.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in MindHubGo content, materials, activity and course resources are owned by or licensed to MindHubGo. You may not reproduce or distribute such materials except as expressly permitted.

• Do not copy, reproduce or distribute MindHubGo materials for commercial use without prior written permission.
• Do not remove or alter proprietary notices on MindHubGo content.
• Unauthorized use of MindHubGo intellectual property may result in legal action.

Paid services and subscriptions

Certain MindHubGo offerings are provided for a fee. Paid services may include individual coaching packages, subscriptions to digital content, and workshop registrations.

Pricing for paid services is published on MindHubGo.digital or provided at the point of sale. Prices are stated in the currency indicated and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise noted.

Payments must be made by the methods accepted at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing information and to pay all applicable fees when due.

Subscription services may renew automatically. You may cancel recurring subscriptions according to the cancellation procedure described at the time of purchase.

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact support at [email protected] with details of your purchase and the reason for the request.

To cancel paid services, follow the cancellation procedure in your account or contact support. Cancellation terms specific to a program will be provided at the time of purchase.

You are responsible for any local taxes, duties or other governmental charges applicable to your purchase, unless explicitly included in the price.

MindHubGo may change prices for services. For existing subscription customers, we will provide notice of price changes in advance when feasible.

Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of access to paid services until payment is made.

Disclaimer

MindHubGo coaching is educational and facilitative. Content and coaching do not constitute medical, legal or mental health treatment. MindHubGo does not provide clinical diagnosis or therapy. Outcomes vary by individual; no assurance of specific results is provided.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MindHubGo's liability for direct damages arising from use of the services is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant services during the prior six months. MindHubGo is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

Third-party services

Third-party tools, platforms or content used in connection with MindHubGo services are subject to their own terms and privacy policies. MindHubGo does not control and is not responsible for third-party practices.

Termination

Either party may terminate access to services in accordance with these Terms. MindHubGo may suspend or terminate access for breach or for operational reasons.

Upon termination, access to paid content may cease and any outstanding fees remain payable. We will handle personal data in accordance with the privacy policy and applicable law.

Privacy

MindHubGo's privacy practices are described in the Privacy Policy available at MindHubGo.digital/privacy. That policy explains how we collect, use and retain personal data.

Communications

By providing contact details, you agree to receive administrative and service-related communications from MindHubGo. Marketing communications will only be sent according to your preferences.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via MindHubGo.digital or by email prior to their effective date where reasonably practicable.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Dispute resolution

For disputes arising out of these Terms, parties will first seek to resolve matters through good faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts or to agreed alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
